Rates:
For arrivals before October 31, 2008:
$3,600 (up to 8 people) weekly (Saturday to Saturday)
Add the bunk room (4 sets of bunk beds, 8 beds) for $300 minimum.
This $300 allows up to 2 additional people for a total of up to 10 people. Each additional person above the total of 10 is $100 per person. 50% deposit to book a reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

No smoking permitted in the house and No pets allowed.
