RATES
Weekly Rate: $3,900 plus $500 security deposit
• Up to 8 people
• Arrival time: 4:00pm Saturday
• Check-out time: 10:00am Saturday
Add the bunk-room for $300. This $300 allows up to 2
additional people (for a total of 10 people for the week)
For parties larger than 10: Add $100 per person
50% deposit to book a reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
No smoking permitted in the house.
No pets allowed.
