Cerulean was built in 2006/2007 by one of the Abocos premier craftsmen. On the main level is the Great Room, facing the water on both sides with high ceilings, 8' tall doors, superb woodworking and craftsmanship. The full kitchen includes granite countertops, modern appliances and a complete complement of kitchenware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast bar, the dining area with a custom 4' x 10' dining table seating ten or more, and the main living room comfortably seating ten. The Great Room takes advantage of its tree top location with nearly 14 windows and doors, all of which open completely providing refreshing breezes and unlimited views of both bodies of water. It also includes a 32" LCD television with DVD player, satellite television and wireless internet access.

bedrooms with their
own full, private bathrooms.
Each wing has one bath
with a stunning,
cantilevered outdoor shower, while

The ground level offers a bunkroom and playroom with a foosball table,
a bathroom and outdoor shower, laundry room with front loading washer
and dryer, and an ice maker.
